Being adapted with ZTEs office culture

By Tanmoy Biswas

Last week I spent in ZTE was most of the annoying parts of my internship. I was actually a bit confused what or how this process is going to be happened, as I didnot receive any brief outline how the entire program would be completed, now I think I’m in a better position.

Those site surveys without a brief introduction was completely a bad idea, I felt missing of the entire connectivity structure, during the training I took drive tests ,but working near a BTS ,its a different story obviously.

From this week I was apponted to the quality analysis department, & I was introduced with the workflow with this dept. as well as corresponding departments. Now I enjoying my works, istly it was really tough to identify each entity & their destinations, quality lead made my burdens somewhat lighter, the next was assisgned as another field day, in between these two days I was delivered with those missing topologies from this vast telecom world. Rishav, one guy he helped me alot & I learned some corporate behaves thats vogue in ZTEs office culture. so from tomorrow it would be a charmful journey I wish.
